About Us
The company is based in Stevenston, Ayrshire and is owned and managed by Richard Wason (CTIS & CRDS) who is a qualified surveyor with over 25 years experience in the preservation field.
We are pleased to be associated with several Local Authorities,
Housing Associations, Architects and Survyeors as well as numerous private clients throughout Central and South West Scotland.
Outwith preservation work we can undetake all forms of joinery works - from small works to full renovations which include attic conversions, double glazing, roof line works and renewal of kitchens.
We also undertake timber-resin repair systems for the repairs of in-situ joists and lintels etc.
